At the 2026 Global Pet Expo, Reflect Experiences partnered with Hartz to celebrate their 100-year anniversary with a custom-built interactive application. Guests were invited to scan a QR code, upload a photo of their pet, and instantly become part of the activation. Each submission was sent to a cloud-based system and printed in real time, transforming digital uploads into physical keepsakes. These images were then placed onto a massive branded heart installation at the booth, creating a living collage of customer love and participation. The experience blended technology with emotion, allowing attendees to see their contribution become part of something bigger, right in front of them. It wasn’t just a feature, it became the centerpiece of the booth, driving traffic, conversation, and repeat engagement throughout the event.
